My Health Focused Care:
First and foremost, these services are built on the knowing that...
You are the expert of your own body.
As a Naturopathic Doctor (ND- April 2026), I serve as your guide, consultant, and health champion; integrating the best of modern science and ancient tradition to help you create a completely personalized path to health that is unique to you.
What Makes Working With Me Different?
Your care is not one-size-fits-all. The care I offer is comprehensive mind-body centered care where every recommendation is filtered through multiple healing lenses including:
- 🧠 Naturopathic Framework: Using a modern, scientific understanding of human physiology and evidence-informed natural therapeutics including nutrition, supplement recommendations, constitutional hydrotherapy, botanical formulations, homeopathy, and lifestyle counseling.
 - 🌿 Ayurvedic Wisdom: Assessing your unique constitution and current state of imbalance to provide dietary, lifestyle, and herbal guidance that brings you back into greater balance and ease.
 - 🧘 Yogic Philosophy & Somatic Therapy: Using the tools of yoga—including breath work (pranayama), meditation (dhyana), mind practices (yamas & niyamas) and mindful movement (asana)— these practices culminate to help nourish and rejuvenate your worn out nervous system which is key in optimizing health over the longterm.
 - 💫 Energy Healing: Incorporating gentle, non-invasive energy work including both Reiki and Acupressure help to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and support your body’s innate healing intelligence on a subtle level.

Client Commitment
True, lasting healing is a journey, not a quick fix. It takes time to unravel complex health issues, establish new rhythms, and allow the body to restore its innate balance.
While I offer flexible follow-up sessions, I strongly recommend that all new clients commit to a minimum of six months of guided support. This timeframe allows us to move beyond initial symptom presentation and into the deep, foundational work required for sustainable change. Depending upon the complexity of your health journey, support beyond six months may be beneficial. Overall, my goal is to empower you with the tools and understanding for a lifetime of health, and that begins with our committed professional partnership.
Your Initial 90-Minute Consult- $250
This is your opportunity for a deep dive. This session is more than an "intake;" it's the foundation of our work together. Your consultation includes:
- Comprehensive Review: We’ll discuss your full health history, current concerns, life circumstances, determinants of health, and your overall goals for your health and well-being.
 - Trauma Informed & Affirming Space: I'm in the business of honoring my client's lived experiences and providing a non-judgmental environment that honors you for who you are.
 - Initial Assessment: We'll begin to identify potential root causes of your health imbalances from physical, mental, emotional, and energetic perspectives.
 - Collaborative Planning: We’ll start to outline a preliminary, manageable path forward based on this initial consult and what feels sustainable to you.

Follow-Up Consultations
Real sustainable change and healing takes time. These sessions are an opportunity for us to refine your plan, track progress, and build lasting health habits to span your lifetime. Follow-ups are priced as follows:
- 15-Minute Check-In ($30): This is for a quick connection to address an urgent question, for a minor adjustment, or to receive brief clarity and support.
 - 30-Minute Session ($60): Ideal for discussing progress with your wellness plan, 1-2 of your health goals, and making necessary tweaks that are actionable and sustainable for you.
 - 45-Minute Session ($90): A robust session to review current progress, address any challenges, and dive deeper into new tools and strategies that would benefit you over the longterm.
 - 60-Minute Session ($120): This is the most comprehensive follow-up option. It's perfect for a full health reassessment which typically occurs 3-months from the initial 90-minute consult. These sessions are also great for therapeutic care including yoga therapy, constitutional hydrotherapy, Ayurvedic bodywork, manual therapy, or reiki sessions.

Common Questions
Do you take insurance?
I am unable to directly bill insurance. However, I can provide you with a detailed super-bill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend checking with both your insurance company and your primary care provider about this possibility.
How is this different from seeing a nutritionist or medical doctor?
While I may be a Naturopathic Doctor (ND- April 2026) and provide various nutritional & lifestyle recommendations, my role is not that of a conventional medicine physician (MD). Clients' seek consultation and guidance with me that's focused on the underlying imbalances and lifestyle factors that contribute to your health concerns. The care I provide should not be seen as separate from conventional medical care but complementary to the services you already receive from a licensed physician (MD/DO) or other healthcare professional.
Is this virtual? Do you see clients in person?
Currently, all of my consultations are available online via Zoom, a secure, easy-to-use video platform. This allows me to serve clients internationally. After graduating as a Naturopathic Doctor in April 2026, I will expand my offerings to in-person services at The Heartwood Center in Evanston, Illinois; there also may be a second location I will be available for in-person appointments in Chicago.
Do I need to be into yoga or other eastern practices to benefit?
No, not at all! Typically there are many misconceptions about these practices among Westerner; simply they are tools that may be suggested to help you build your diverse self-care toolkit. Whereas I may make a particular recommendation, we will only use the practices that you are comfortable with and curious about. This is your life, and you deserve to remain in the driver's seat.
Do you have accessible options for those with financial concerns?
Absolutely! I'm committed to making this healing work accessible. If you have genuine financial concerns or are a person of marginalized experience, I offer these same services through my mutual aid collective called Queer Trans Thriving (QTT) which provides low-cost to no-cost services to those who would otherwise not be able to afford them. You can find out more by clicking the highlighted QTT link directly above.
